These terms govern the relationship between Tim Studios ("we", "us", "our") and any client or visitor ("you") who engages our services or uses this website. By booking with us or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Tim Studios offers professional photography services including but not limited to portrait, editorial, brand, product, and event photography. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, and to refer clients elsewhere if a project is outside our scope or availability.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and a deposit (typically 50% of the total fee, unless otherwise stated). Dates are not held until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot, unless a different schedule has been agreed in writing. Invoices unpaid after the due date may incur a late fee.
Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to change for new bookings. Quoted rates are locked once a deposit is received.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the shoot forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours in advance are accommodated at no charge (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 72 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.
If we need to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of any amounts paid and offer to reschedule where possible.
Edited images are delivered digitally via an agreed platform within the timeframe stated in your booking agreement. Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days unless otherwise specified.
The number of delivered images is agreed in advance. We do not deliver raw, unedited files unless explicitly included in the package.
Revision requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We include one round of reasonable edits (colour, exposure, cropping). Structural re-editing or reshooting is quoted separately.
All photographs produced by Tim Studios remain the intellectual property of Tim Studios. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images for the purposes agreed upon (e.g. personal use, brand marketing, editorial publication).
Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of images to third parties requires prior written consent and may involve a licensing fee.
We retain the right to use any images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any persons, locations, or props included in a shoot have the necessary permissions or rights. Tim Studios accepts no liability for shoots conducted without appropriate permits or consents.
Where a shoot requires model releases, location permits, or third-party licences, it is the client's responsibility to obtain these unless we have explicitly agreed to do so on their behalf.
Tim Studios will take every reasonable care to deliver the agreed services. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in circumstances outside our control — including weather, location access, equipment failure, or subject availability.
Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith communication. Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of German courts.
